|01:56 pm - Ficlet offer/request|
Okay, I need to get my head out of the tired/emotional place it's in. Writing is usually the best way for me to do that, and I still haven't figured out what I'm doing about NaNo.
The first five people who comment with the name of a character in any of my fandoms (see my interests, etc) will receive a drabble or ficlet with said character.
The theme will be the same for all the fics: weariness, tiredness, and any variations thereof. I will take suggestions for the form you want for the charater you request. :-)

the difference between me and them
Percy flattened himself against the wall as a tangle of limbs and robes shoved past him, shouting and name-calling. It didn’t help; a stray elbow smacked him across the chest, and then the crowd rounded the corner, heading up the next staircase towards Gryffindor Tower.
Why couldn't anyone take responsibility seriously? He very nearly bolted after them. Curfew, you brainless twits! And break this up before we all get into trouble. It would be satisfying to knock a few heads together, slam a few of them up against the wall for a change.
He unfolded his fists and flattened them against the wall. Perfectly still, back to the rough corridor stones, he closed his eyes and listened to them get further up the stairs, listened to an actual scuffle break out.
He breathed, and thought to himself, I would never sink that low.
Then Percy straightened his prefect’s badge with steady fingers and headed up the stairs at a measured pace. “Inside, you lot! Come on, hurry up, we don’t need to lose any more House points this week.”
