|11:21 am - Friendslist meme|
Snagged from kerravonsen:
If I am on your friends list, why am I on your friends list?
Comment below, and add the question to your LJ, so I can return the favor.

Because you're a marvelous writer, a fellow geek, and a fine person.
Awwwww! I feel loved. :-)
I can't remember which of us friended the other first, or what the original impetus was...but I keep you because you're cool! And you're a fellow Christian fangirl, which is a thing to be treasured. Also, you leave good comments, which makes me happy. So, yeah: you're generally cool. Yay for you!
I don't remember who friended who, either. Hmmmm. Maybe I saw...oh! I know! Didn't I see you comment somewhere, quoting Tolkien poetry from memory? And knew you were a kindred spirit?
I think that was you. :-)
Also, you leave good comments, which makes me happy.
Heh, that might have been me. I seem to recall that you responded by writing out "He chanted a song of wizardry" from memory. That was awe-inspiring. So yeah, that's probably why I friended you back: anyone who can spin that thing off by heart is a force to be reckoned with, and one should contrive to keep them on one's side if it can be managed.
Yep, that was me. I worked hard to memorize that poem. :-)

Dem, she's onto me.
*glances hurriedly around*
Hmm. Why is Sarah on my friendslist? Uhh...you know, I really can't remember. Didn't it start with Mulder and Scully? *wink*
*drools over your Daniel icon*
Erm, wha...? Oh, sorry.
Yes, it started with something like that. :-D
Kindred spirit, milady. Christian, fannish, believe in creation as a reflection of the image of God, thoughtful...
It's completely mutual--and I'm very glad to have online friends like you.
I don't remember! I'm just glad to have you.
I don't recall either, though I think I may have found you on synaethete7
's flist. Re: homeschooling, maybe?
Regardless--yes, I'm glad to have you, too. :-)
Because your presence on my friendslist makes me feel happy and affirmed. (For some specific reasons why that is so, see kerravonsen
Aw. :-) Thank you--again, the feeling is mutual (not to mention that having you on my flist meant I found the most awesome Numb3rs beta ever).
::metaphorical blush:: Thank you, though I think your praise is too lavish; I just do what I can. And I appreciate the opportunity to make a contribution to fandom by helping out as your beta. :)
Well, you're welcome. And since you're the most detailed and insightful beta I think I've had in any of my fandoms (not to mention you really do know grammer, which I tried not to learn because I prefered words in schools), I don't think it's too lavish. :-)
The only more detailed person I've had was pip, who did the editing for the first run of the I-man Virtual Season, and who is an editor in Real Life.
I liked the answer you gave a person who was struggling with something in the Christian Geeks group. Decided I'd follow your blog for a while to see what else popped up.
Wow, I think I'm flattered. :-) As far as I know, that's not happened before. Thanks.
Whether it was at Nitcentral, fanfiction.net, or here, I've always found your writing fascinating, engrossing, and creative. You often have such creative and real takes on your subjects. "Flying Lessons", the first fanfic of yours that I read, felt like I was actually watching it happen. And, I'll admit, the Artsy/Obsy/Quito posts were probably some of the most interesting back at Nitcentral. Probably why I'd once in a while get my character (sometimes unnecessarily) involved. Not to mention you put up some fun memes.
Why, thank you. :-) I'm glad my writing has been something you enjoy--hopefully it will continue to be so, as we keep Never Fade going.
I think you're cool. And you geek out about some of the same stuff I do, but not too much of the same stuff, so there's different things to learn about.
Oh, very much likewise, especially since we're both Christian geeks (I think your conservative Christinan geek icon was what got me to initially friend you, iirc) and like similar things such as SG-1.
