09:56 am - L.A. -- city of vanity license plates
One sees some very strange vanity plates in this city, but then there are the ones that are just dripping with fannish goodness. Like these:

Seen on a red, top-down, Mustang convertible: CLK KENT

Seen this morning on my way to work, on a silver convertible Mustang with the Superman logo on each bumper corner and on the hood (in stylish black): KAL L

I wonder if these people know each other? These were spotted in the same area of town. :-)

[oh, and I keep trying to figure out if TLGFAN could stand for anything other than The Lone Gunmen Fan....]
Current Mood: amusedamused

How funny. One wonders if one of these vehicles belongs to Tom Welling or Brandon Routh (http://imdb.com/name/nm0746125/)...

Heh. Hadn't thought of that. Who knows, in this town?

Oh, I miss you too! You should come visit sometime, when you're not teaching or something. ;-)

I have LIBR8R, but it's not a vanity plate. We can order custom regos here if they're not already taken. The owner of CALLY lived a couple of blocks away, and I once saw BLAKE in the next suburb. I saw TREK E on the motorway a few weeks ago too. :-)
