08:02 pm - I'm back! Mostly.
About 8 weeks into my new job schedule (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.), and my body has finally clued in that 11 p.m. is quite late and really should be bedtime, since I have to get up at 6 a.m. to beat the roomies into the bathroom. Yay! Maybe now I can get my evenings and my life back instead of being tired so much.

Also, I went for a longish walk for the first time in ages--it was beautiful and warm here--and that was awesome. Must remember that getting off early means that even when we hit real winter, I can still go walking after work. :)

The writing contest I did went all right. The script I submitted is not nearly as good as it would have been if I'd had one more day, or no work that day, but I did submit. And I like the concept, so I'm going to continue revising it on my own time.

Now I have to finish my fic for intoabar, and then I have a couple of specific writing goals for November. Not doing NaNoWriMo this year, but only because other things are eating my brain.

Sorry, dear. I do hope to work on that during December, but both of my Nov. goals are originals. (Well, one original short film script that I'm revising, and my SPN spec script, also doing a full revision.)

Weirdly, I am leaning towards visions!Dean again after last week's episode. I think I miss Sam and want to be in his season 2 head for comfort! :)

Still probably not going to get around to it until December, but definitely having the plot stir in my brain again.
