Pondering my LJ layout...

After seeing kerravonsen's new LJ look, I am thinking once more of changing mine. I've pondered it off and on since I got a journal, but I am no good at understanding photoshop or various other programs, and not a terribly visual person as it is.

Would anyone like to help me come up with something custom? Or does anyone have input as to the best layouts available straight through LJ?
