Dreaming of werewolves....

Now, I don't normally dream about books I've been reading. And I haven't been reading Harry Potter (not even a lot of fics) for a couple weeks, anyway.

So why did I spend all of last night dreaming variations on the movies, and plot points that felt like I was watching the movie version of a possible Book Six? And why did all of these scenes/ideas/scenarios involve werewolves? Yes, Lupin is my favorite character, but he was nowhere to be seen. The characters who seemed to turn up most frequently (often in battle situations) were the Trio, plus Neville and Ginny, and Professor Snape. And it was Ginny who was the werewolf in the longest snippet I can remember--the kids were pinned down somewhere, and the night of full moon was approaching. Snape was trying to get to them, to get them out and somewhere safe, but they didn't know that, and Ginny was all distraught over what might happen.

I don't think it's likely that Ginny will become a werewolf in canon, and I'd love to know where my subconscious came up with this one. I don't want to write the fic, cause it would be too darn long, but it was definitely a fun dream.
